nice rooms city stay tiny shower slow lift
The staff was indeed helpful and I like the rooms. The location was also good, it was perfect for a city stay. I liked that the room had a kettle and coffee machine.
Everything is tiny. The room, the bathroom, the shower, the stair is so small. The lift did not open the door at our floor once, it is slow and tiny.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff!
helpful staff perfect location
The staff was helpful (they really were very good). My bags were taken to my room after I left them before check-in! The location is perfect. Everything is nearby including nice bars and restaurants.
The staircase is steep and narrow, which might pose challenges with any mobility concerns. It made moving luggage a little difficult, so pack light if possible.

Good location but small
good location easy transportation luggage storage
location was fine. it was easy to get a transportation. people from the lobby let us keep our bags before and after checkout. it was nice.
the room was quite small and i don't think there was enough space for our suitcase.

the room had a double bed. a small television was mounted on the wall. there was not a lot of extra space in the room for moving around or storage.

the hotel is near many restaurants. a grocery store is about ten minutes away by walking. van gogh museum is twenty five minutes if you walk. transportation options are close.

an elevator reaches only the third floor. guests use stairs to get to the fourth floor. there are steep stairs to the floors. the hotel offers luggage storage.

there is no restaurant in the hotel. many cafes are near the hotel. you have some options for food and drinks outside. i did not use them.

the staff was nice and helpful. they allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out. we didn't have any issues with this service. it was convenient.

uncomfortable mattress airplane noise
The room was small. Maneuvering with two people seemed like a constant puzzle. the mattress was thin and uncomfortable, hindering restful sleep after long days. airplane noise was frequent due to the location, further disrupting sleep.
